Image Details

This was the view down past the house which stayed unchanged for 30 years until the late 1990's when it became Drovers Way. This property was originally known as Rose Bank cottages in the 1940's, Mareira House in the 1950's and then Wiltshire Downs Honey Farm in the 60's 70's 80's and part of the 90's

Just in front of this wooden shed there used to be deep well which would have been there for many years. My father filled it in when my sister & I were little as he thought it was unsafe and we would fall in. I suppose it had become unsafe as my brother who was seven years older never fell in.
