Shared an update: If anyone is interested in the history of public houses in Kent, and that includes every town and village, I have been researching these for quite a few years now and all my research can be viewed at the following web site www.Dover-Kent.Com Hope this is of interest to you, but if anyone has information that I don't I'll be only too glad to hear from you.

Shared an update: We are a not-for-profit aiming to provide a repository of old photos and memories of the towns, village and cities of the UK - the ones that haven't made the local history books! Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other social media we don't assume any rights to your images other than that needed to post them on the site; with a forum and gallery for every location in the UK - what gems have you got hidden away?

Shared an update: A photographer who discovered an undeveloped film inside a secondhand camera of a 1970s wedding has solved the mystery of who the subjects are. One of the family members at the wedding came forward after the images were published by the BBC. You can see the resolution here:

Of course, Our Town Story has a gallery of unidentified photos in its #forgottenphotofriday gallery - can you identify any of the pictures? You can see them all here - http://ourtownstory.co.uk/iamtimbo/gallery/forgotten-photo-friday/all ; submissions are welcome!
